Quality craftsmanship and kindness. Elizabeth and her team helped me with designing a very sentimental custom piece. I have a memorial diamond of my mother and other jewelry pieces from her that I want to wear but didn’t know where to start. With all of these items and a lot of emotions gathered, I decided to put this project into their hands. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I stopped in at Reliable Gold to show off the engagement ring my now-fiancé found at their shop. He told me he walked in and immediately felt supported by the warm welcome from staff and their help. When I stopped in they recognized the ring immediately, there were big smiles all around. I couldn’t be more grateful for their beautiful collection, terrific staff and support for both us. And the ring! All I can say is I loved it so much I made him propose twice.

The staff and atmosphere here are spectacular!! We customized our wedding rings that we held close to our hearts because they were passed down generations. They both turned out so lovely; we love them SO much! We also sold some gold, and they were extremely careful with everything and took the time to go through everything, which made us feel so comfortable. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

I loved working with the ladies here, they were so invested in making sure my ring looked great - helping me with sizes and materials and options - I didn’t feel annoying not knowing what I was doing. When I came to pick up the finished ring they were excited for me to see how it came out, and helped me take good pictures of it, getting just the right lighting to send to my friends. It was such a nice experience, I was confident that I would get what I wanted then minute I walked in the door and I wasn’t wrong.

Elizabeth at Reliable Gold was great to work with from start to finish. We reset our family sapphire into a beautiful bezel setting and got our wedding band here and both were seamless and came out so beautifully. Communication was smooth, prices were fair, and they had great selection for wedding bands.
